I tried resolving a dispute were my account was more then 5 years old and the listing is still there when i check my ITC its not listed but when i apply for anything i get declined when calling African bank the agent told me that the account is closed when i tried to make payment arrangement i was told i cant i will have to wait till 2021 for it to clear i was told i will get a call back in December 13 still waiting
