African Bank; terrible service

Worst service ever. They don't stick to the arranged dates of debit orders and will deduct any time of the month. They will even deduct your money twice. Even though you spoke to a consultant, they will keep pestering you day after day after day. There is no communication between consutants. I'm really done with phoning and asking for my money back.
