African bank - Terrible service
<p>I closed my African bank credit card on the 24th Jan and a month later i am debitted. I called them to find out why and they said i will be refunded but not my full installment. It was a team leader i was speaking to and when i asked her why i wouldnt be refunded my full installment she couldnt tell me why? Maybe African bank needs to hire more qualified people. I will never ever think of even looking at African bank again after the service i have experienced this time around being sent from pillat to post just to get my refund back.</p>

My point has just been proven. I called the number above ***and i was told sorry we dont know why you were called as we have no record to say what the call to you was for exactly. What is the point of asking me to call when i am going to be told we dont know why you were asked to call us?????
