African Bank Terrible Service

My money is stuck in African Bank, I can’t transact at all. Every time I try to make a transaction both the app and online banking give me a “technical error” message. I’ve gone physically to the African Bank branch and they couldn’t assist. I don’t understand how this bank is an accredited financial provider.
