African bank takes money while under debt reconstruction

I have went under debt review and African Bank notified me they have received communication from my debt councillor. They have decided to debit my account this morning after they have been informed to cancel all debit orders. Please advice what to do. I'm trying to fix my life while you're destroying it. It is not ethical to process payments when there's a clear instruction to cancel it. That means you're going against legal steps when someone is under debt review. Is this how you handle your customers when they're under debt review. Then the government needs to cancel debt review if business like you aren't cooperative. Please refund my money in my account immediately
