African Bank takes liberties with ones account! Debit whenever they feel like it!

I have now had about enough with these people..... I have a small loan account with them and credit card which are both in arrears . I then made arrangements so I can have 2 debits done on 01st day of every month. This started September 2019. My arrangement was to put the larger amount on the loan and smaller amount on the credit card in order to have the loan finished in 3 months. I received my statement in September and noticed they've done it vice versa. Come October they debited the large amount twice from my account. I spoke to them in January and asked to fix it so its as per my initial agreement. They fixed it. Today I see they went and tried to debit yesterday which was 31st and my salary only cleared today. 2 returned debit fees of R147 each later, this ******** lady from their accounts tells me that if I wanted the debit to go off today I should have told them to debit it on the 2nd!!!! How the hell ! When my debit has always been the first...If a client asks for the first , why the hell does it go off on 31st.??? I am gatvol of these people!
