African bank suck

Ah here we go again with this useless bank.. Firstly they blocked my card ( for being in arears. Mind you i paid the full outstanding amount. / Then they unblocked it again . Then next day its blocked again. Ant the person working on the phone should seriously get some form of training. I realy want to say something else but lets just stay with useless. And now i have to go and fica again. I have this account for more than 6 years got a new card couple of moths ago and fica. Now agian. You are wasting people time with your incompatince. Welldone to the most uselss bank out there!!!!! Still waiting for the "supervisor" to call me back. I guess its jus easier to run away from your problems than dealing with them... Onbudsman here we come
