AFRICAN BANK STOP TSKING ME MONEY

i would like to write an complain about African Bank , last month i paid them and settled their accounts but still they keep on deducting on my account and calling that i still own them, how come while they even sent me emails for settlement , i am so frustrated because this is the money for my kids not for you guys to play around my bank
