African bank stole fund from our credit card accounts

African Bank stole money from my partners Credit card account and She was told that they mistakenly paid funds into her account, on the statement the amount is being paid and reversed. Transaction history does not display these credit transactions only on the actual statement and they encourage us to download their banking app so that we can keep record of our day to day transaction, how do we do that when the bank statement is not the same as the transaction history on the app. She called them since Monday everyone is telling a different story and they keep saying the issue is going to be resolved but the outstanding balance keep increasing on my account. Very disappointed with them
