African bank still has not paid me back my money!!

As i wait for my money over 20 days later and every time I call I am told to wait another 72 hours or 5 working days. Yesterday the person I spoke to said I should know it takes 40 days for forensics to work on an investigation. As I wait for my R160 i will not give up. I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
