African bank still ****

i logged a complaint with African bank regarding prescription of my account i received SMS with reference ( ********** ). i was told in the SMS i would get a call and guess what African bank never called. this is not new Quick to List Quick to Hand over Quick to move your over paid credit, but when it comes to handling a customer please they are ****.
