African Bank still charging me after I settled my loan in full.
I settled my loan in full with African Bank in August but my balance keeps growing. Now I owe them about R311, When I checked last month I was now owing R180. What is going on? Weren't you guys supposed to cancel everything after I settled my loan in full? I even see life insurance premiums being charged to me but what are you charging me for if I don't owe you money anymore? Can someone please explain, this is *********.
