African bank starting with ***** !!!!

I'm really having bad service with African bank. In January money was taken out my account. Opt links are been sending out to a persons account without you realizing its money is taken out . I been to the police station to lay a charge. I have given the reference number and sms to African bank. And still no reply from January to April it's been 4 months. It's my wife's account. I feel like stopping my account. As I'm getting sms from another person's account linked to my cell number what is this bank doing *****.
