African bank *****s

African bank sent a tracer fo me to set up a debit order against my acc for one loan. Everymonth i must reverse debits on other accounts made by them *******ly. The call centre staff is rude and they call me like 12 times a day if that does not qualify as harrassment i dont know what will. Life has changed a lot for me in a bad way since i took the loans i am now referring a complaint to the human rights commission and banking ombud i am tired of them taking money that does not belong to them and i am tired of being treated like a ******** if all i am doing is fighting for survival daily.
