African Bank should learn to update schedules on database every day

I ha 2 accounts with African Bank it was the credit card and the personal loan I was handed over for both 3 years back then I started paying, the credit was settled in August this year and I'm left with the personal loan, the person who was assisting me he in a month I will be removed from credit beuro for the credit card end of October 2019 I checked on Experia my accounts are showing as I'm not paying at all the credit card it's R12000 and the personal loan it's still R28000 and I'm paying every month and credit card is payed off, I tried to apply for a consolidation loan they told me that I have a low credit profile cause I'm owing African Bank credit card 12000 and personal 28000. Please assist
