African Bank **** of Unknown Arrears

I had a loan with AfricanBank since 2014, in 2016 I lost my job and call African Bank to make arrangements. 2017 I was employed and made payment arragements with the tracker to pay double and make up for the arrears. They calculated based on the amount I owed, how many months I had to pay. I paid all the arrears as per the trackers arrangement. 2 weeks ago I received an sms to say I am in arrears, I called the call centre and I was advised that these are arrears from 2017, my knowledge was they are paid up. No one can explain what went wrong between 2017 and 2019, why am I being made aware of this now? African Bank is ******** customers. I was paying normal instalments and no one called me or send an sms regarding these arrears between 2017 and 2019? I want answers to why are we being ****med while we are paying our debts!!!
