African Bank **** no resolution

I'm a client with African Bank for 4 years now. I'm very angry with their service. I lost my whole salary on the 31st of October when my money was taken from my account while was at home bathing. I reported the matter till now I have no update on the case I don't know how long I should wait to get my money back 😡
