AFRICAN BANK ****

Dear African Bank,

I am so disappointed in the service I have received from use. Your parow branch staff are a bunch of liers who got me signing into a agreement for a loan when the intial agreement was for a credit card and they never mentioned that I cannot get thw card and just said ooops....thats bull****. I could not afford to pay my loan and you handed me over to groenewald lubbe debt collection agency for charges me ridiculous amounts. You deducted R1800 and R1400 goes to groenewald lubbe for doing nothing but making money. I am disgusted by you bank, by your service, by your operation, by your call center staff your banks name makes me sick to my stomach and you have no sense whatsoever when it comes to treating humans like humans. I will not recommend anyone to your bank and can confidently say use are a bunch of ******** and dont deserve to be in operation.
