African Bank ruining my Credit profile
The service from African Bank is seriously appauling I used to be an African Bank employee and had taken a bursary with the company and when resigning had furnished them with my banking details so as to pay back the bursary amount which had been converted into a loan.
I have been settling my accounts with the which was also a mission. I recently contacted then seeing that the loan amount is not being debited to make arrangements and gave them my correct banking details once again and was promised that the debit would run. on the 25th. It is the 4th and there hasn't been n debit and yet every month they send out a report to Experian and Transunion that I am in arrears and not making payment. My credit record is being damaged because African Bank is not debiting my account!!!
