African bank ******* services

So last night i apply for a loan of 100k online..finish all the details they need and click submit...only for it to give me credit options i can get..which was in the 22k bracket..from there i decided no its okay ill just wait a bit maybe my score is to low and i dont want to risk lowering it further by going in store..i get a call this morning from a african bank consultant..she calls about my loan application i told her yes i did apply online but i did not go further because it was not the money i was looking for...she then told me i advise you to go to a branch you might be able to get maybe more than 100k..im like what..okay you a consultant you must know your company better than me so ill go on your word..so i get to the branch at zewenwacht mall!! The consultants there look half dead..i come to the one she says hi..i say hi im here for a personal loan..she then give me a telephone and put me through to someone on a phone..now im speaking to this lady on the fone she says hi......and it's quiet im like hello can you please help me like dont this people have procedures or are they so dof! In general im like i need a loan please i app**** online it said i can get 22k i need more she does her checks etc says i must give phone to consultant that put me on the phone in branch..and they conversating over the phone..about why the consultsnt at the branch cant help me..she says to the person over the phone cant you help him bcoz we offline and he mever told me he app**** online...firstly she didnt ask if i did she barely greeted me...anyway they past the phone back to me..the consultant on the phone then puts me through to another consultant..and im basically doing the online procedure on the phone this time im already thinking that theres no hope you just going to tell me the same thing..at the end of it all the consultant on the phone tell me i can get a credit option of 7k for 12months!!!! Im like no thanks. African bank wasted all my time that i wont get back plus probably lowered my credit score..your service is utter rubish..please people dont be like me first do the application online..if its not what you want dont go to a branch save yourself the time of its not the amount you looking for.
