Good day,<br> I recorder that I will have problems financing my daughters university fees next year (2016).<br> <br> Randburg Branch put me in touch with Alfinia from collections. She explained to me in detail the net affect of reducing your payments and what options I have available. What followed was a collaboration of experience and superb customer service. <br> <br> We worked out a 4 months plan to increase my cash in hand from R2000 to R7000.. and that would be just in time for January 2016. I am not sure if I am allowed to divulge the details of the plan but it involves you paying off your loans sooner which in turn reduces your total amount of loans that you have without taking out any new loans. The paid off loan payments will then go towards your cash in hand total. <br> <br> At this stage she mentioned that you can now opt to continue the plan to increase your cash flow even further but my challenge was that I would need to use the extra cash to pay university fees.<br> <br> I thank the African Bank team from the bottom of my heart for the level of patience and understanding that they have towards they client base.
