African Bank , Ripping a Pensioner off

<p>I am writing this complaint on behalf of my grandmother Dumazile Ennith Khumalo , ID number ********** 575088. She took up a loan with African bank which she had no problem paying for while she was still employed. 30 Jan 2013 She went on pension and to this date in 2016 her account is still debitted . Now when one takes a loan with African Bank there is always insurance incase you loose your job or can no longer afford to pay the loan amount, insurance will obviously pay off that amount and you dont have to worry . Now my grandmother is struggling having to go to the bank to reverse the debitted amount. She can no longer afford to pay for the loan so the insurance should pay off and stop frustrating her.</p>
