African Bank ******* their customers

Good day<br> <br> Yesterday I got a shock of my life when I checked the balance on a personal loan I took out with African Bank 21 months ago, the loan amount was R130 000. My instalment is R4 999 for that 21 months, which amounts to R104 979. To my dismay the balance stands at R118 500 and settlement is R121 000. This means out of R104 979 that I have paid thus far, I only managed to reduce my debt by R9 000, the difference(R95 000) has just been chowed by this ******* bank. Can someone please help vulnerable people from this monster. Are they inflating their interests to pay up their debts? Who can assist to get a fair settlement amount.
