African Bank Rewards program really disappointed me this time around

From the start of August i received SMS stating that i qualify for money rewards because i have swapped my card 10 times and so went on the website redeemed and no sms was sent for the voucher number, i have called in 3 times already and consultants promising to resolve the issue but still no responses and left voicemail no call back. This is just too frustrating because you ended up asking Youself is really worth it to continue swapping your card for this loyalty programs if at end of the day all you receive is just broken promises and frustrating no getting help.
