African Bank Rewards

They give a reward when you swipe your bank card ten times a month. EVERY MONTH I don't get my reward, and after endless phone calls and sometimes ten days later I finally receive my reward. Some months I spend more money on phone calls to get the reward, than what the reward is worth.
