African bank review client service principles

The bank opens at 8:30 but at 8:30 when I got in at 8:30 they told me that they're not open yet and told me to sit down while they drink tea. I went outside to wait and got back in at 8:41 ònly to be told the system is still loading. If the bank says it opens at 8:30 then the bank should load systems before the banks open...atleast that's my logic on customer/client service anyway I only got helped at 8:47
