African bank refuses to unflag Debtreview flag

Mid May 2014 I app**** for debt review with Debt therapy, however I canceled the process before I even started 2 weeks after as I realized am married in community I got a new a promotion with better salary. I sent the cancellation for to African bank that was sent by the debt therapy lawyers on the 6th of June, how ever they still flaggged me on their system as indebtness and that am under debt review, I have finished their credit card only left with a loan, I feel this is unfair am being punished or disadvantaged that I one app**** for debt review and they not willing to assess my current situation. I would like the flag to be removed as It does not appear in any credit Breuer and I have enquired with NCR as well they confirmed that I am not under debt counselling.
