African Bank Refuses to Remove Listing on ITC which is written off

I have been in contact with African Bank numerous times kindly requesting in writing, the removal of a listing of an account which was written off. On all accords, i had tried to settle the account which they refused for me to do on the ground that the account had been written off and closed. As a result, they do not accept payments for closed accounts.

Ok, if that is the case and they are refusing my money, why are they also refusing to remove the listing. No judgement was raised on this account, so why is the listing still reflecting?
