African bank refuse refund
Called African Bank and ask them to cancel the R0.50 payment/withdrawel notification fee. They did not cancel it and kept charging for it. Now they refuse to refund me.

21 Aug 2023, 13:57Received a refund of R149.50 (that is 298 transactions that I was incorrectly charged for. My time and effort to sort out African bank's problem, ia worth 10 times as much. The main reason is that your staff at the Midwater branch do not know their products and services. Perhaps do some training. Give African bank 3 out of 10. Issue resolved in early July 2023.
