African Bank /Reckless lending

African Bank handed my accounts over to Hammond and pole att. I have been receiving threatning sms's that a summons has been issued and a sherrif of the court will be sent out to me, I was already in indebt with you and you kept on lending me! no affordability checks was done , ref ********** 005, ********** 003, ********** 0175 and Your interest was so high i could not afford to pay you any more? So now im going to be sumonsed? I have not received any mail from you in the last 2 years . Why is african bank not taking any responsibility for this reckless lending to over indebted customers , do some investigating on my references my, instalments was more than my income and how could you not see it at the time , all you cared about was earning commision . Think I should submit my complaint of reckless lending to the NCR and ombudsman to investigate.
