African bank reaping me off with R500.00 on my closed credit card
I am so dissapointed with African bank, i requested a settlement from their App & they offered me an option to close the account as soon as the money reflecting is sufficient to settle or reflects in my credit card account & i opted yes close the account immediately. The settlement amount reflected & they didnt close the account after 2 days they start charging interest that if the account was closed as per the option given was not going to be charged. Now they are R500.00 reacher with my money & i launched a complaint, no response 😑
