African Bank Products

African Bank is misrepresenting their product viz.

“A Savings Pocket is also a separate bank account linked to your Primary Account…while enjoying immediate access to their funds.”

I transferred funds into this Savings pocket account to start saving, out of my control I got an unfortunate emergency that needs me to withdraw these funds.

Little did I know African Bank puts a hold on this account and what they state about monies being available immediately turns out to be bulldust. No one can explain it, consultants are saying there is no hold.. their app shows an error with [Hold] at the end of the error message.

What ******* is this and I am candidly told to call again tomorrow.. so my emergency must wait until tomorrow.!!!!
