African Bank - Prescribed debt of 2006 and 2008 listing on ITC

How pathetic is African Bank, listing 2 prescribed debt accounts from 2006 and 2008 on ITC. To list debt that is older than 3 years on ITC is against the South-African law and they know that. That is why they do not answer my lawyer's calls and emails. My lawyers are trying endlessly to get in touch with African Bank for the past 3 months already but African Bank does not answer any of my lawyer's emails or calls because they KNOW they are in the wrong and they know they are breaking the South-African law. Not only did they list these 2 prescribed debt accounts on ITC, they also phone family members all hours of everyday to question them about my whereabouts which is ALSO AGAINST THE LAW. They better clear my name with those 2 listings they have on all ITC companies with immediate effect. I have already spoken with my lawyers and we are more than ready to take this matter to court as soon as possible if African Bank does not clear my name immediately. African Bank will then be held responsible for all my legal costs regarding these 2 accounts & i will sue for defamation of character as well. The 2 account numbers according to them is *** and ***.
