African Bank Poor/misleading service

My name is Selina Mtsweni, I had a personal loan with African Bank way back and in about 2012 I was retrenched, they (African Bank ) requested the proof of retrenchment my then HR emailed to them (African Bank) we where told that the insurence will pay. After two or three year i was contacted by the consultant tell me that I stiil owe them, i told the consultant that I was told to send my documents the insurence was gonna pay, again the same consultant requested me to send the doc again so that the insurence will pay, i did send the doc.

I didnt hear from them again for another about 3 years, i later again received a call that i should pay, i than decided to make an arrangement of R100 P/M & i do pay the R100 but sometimes im unable to becourse its not on my budget. in April i was told that R100 is little & i said to them this account is out of my hands now becourse of the false information i received from the consultant from day 1. they said atleast i must pay R150. still i feel like they are forcing me to what they want & forgetting that i should never even pay this account. please help as i believe this account should be prescribed.
