African bank poor service
Good Day
I app**** for a loan at african bank it got declined the message that i got was due to AB Legal collections in arrears. i owe african bank nothing anymore as i settled all my debt at them in full now i cannot get another loan from them again because of this.
Can i have some answers please as no one at African bank can give me a straight answer.
This is really downgrading to a person as i settled the account in full
