African Bank Poor service

African Bank deducted my credit card payment twice in one month and are refusing to reverse it the same day - have to wait 72 hours for reversal even though I indicated that it was urgent. Very unhelpful staff at client support services. I have to now make alternative arrangements for the money while I wait for the reversal to happen!!
