African bank poor service and pending of the money

Poor service indeed,

Never open investment account with african bank, I had the african bank investment acc, I put the 7days notice, since last week, even today I am still waiting for the funds to reflect on my acc, the consultant that I spoke to at national head office never did anything, the money is stil pending with me, they told me that the money with reflect on my acc by Tuesday, even today I am still waiting, I decide to go the branch to find out what is happening, we also called the head office they told me that the is pending, so now I have to struggle to recieve my funds, I end up canceling my investments account, i will go to another bank and open another investment. Poor poor poor service. I won't recommend any one to open the investment with u. I am not happy at all.
