African bank poor service

African Bank please stop telling your customers they come first when they come to register a new account because yalls services are poooooooorrrr!!!!!!!! I had hope that my issue will be resolved after I talked with a lady from one of your ***** department, she said she'll call me back on Monday which was last month. Even today I'm still waiting for her call. So what else what I do with yall guys????? I just want to be deregistered from your bank I want out!!!!!!!!!
