African bank poor pathetic insurance service
I was retrenched September 2020 , submitted my retrenchment letter in September, received an sms from Guard risk insurance, which I called I was advised to wait for 30 days which turns out be 5 months of wait. Why am I paying insurance if I can’t use it when I need it the most ??

I have been calling the number but no one is able to assist me , every person that I get through to ask me to resend the email but after that I don’t get response, how many times must i send one email to email ? In order for it to be acknowledged ??? What is the point of paying insurance? Why am I being asked to pay at least R100 where am I supposed to get that money as I’m currently unemployed .
