African bank Personal loan

I took a loan for R115000 in 2019, which was for six years. I lost and my job got lower paying job which resulted in me not able to pay full amount. However I made sure of payments per month. Today it's years 6, to my surprise my loan has doubled to over R290000, which is 400%. I kept on asking them about remaining term they are not budging, asking rehabilitate arrears amount not interested either. I final asked to restructure my loan so that my payment reduces outstanding instead you get 1000 calls per day which results triple debit my bank account. I have lodged a complaint on their internal system,I have received any response from 22 up to now.
