African Bank permanently closed my account with R7381 for no reason and never refunded me

AFRICAN BANK may your TXForensic department rot in hell. Last year I noticed unauthorised Netflix reccuring transactions and TXForensic locked my account when I requested the unauthorised payments to be cancelled from my account. I spent 1 year and 3 months calling the bank everyday and visiting Somerset West Branch and kept on being told that TXForensic department will contact me that never contact. Three days ago I tried to log to my app and it gave me an error only to find out when I called the bank again that My Account does not exist it was permanently closed by TXForensics. What about my R7,381? You are ******* I'm going to sue this bank at the court you are all bunch of *******. I hate your ***** department may they rot in hell
