African Bank penalise you for being a good customer.

I have a personal loan with African Bank that I would like to settle. This morning when I called to get a settlement ammount, the ammount was more than my outstanding ballance and a lot more than the quote they give me a week ago. To me it is ***** giving wrongful information to a customer on his/her statement. To me outstanding ballance mean the ammount still owning not plus add costs. African Bank **** people into paying penalties for being a good paid up customer. African Bank is a ***** and people should be careful.
