African bank pathetic service and disgusting attitude from staff

I was offered a African bank personal loan. Upon doing the application I was pre approved for the loan. I was told via the app I am not being verified and need to go to the nearest branch which was the liberty midlands mall branch I've being there in Friday to do verification and the lady sits there and does it says I should return home and complete it. I got home and it says verification needed. I called the call center and I was told that because of verification I need to go back to the branch and while there the consultant needs to call the call center. I went back to the bank this morning and now I got told that no one can assist me due to my finger prints not going through. There is nothing they can do I should cancel this application completely. The branch at the liberty midlands mall branch the staff are utterly rude arrogant and lazy. They speak in such a bad attitude yet we are clients. Pathetic and disgusting g for a bank. Absolutely ****** staff who work there.
