African Bank - pathetic service

I have 2 loans with african bank and the status is not the best due to medical and legal expenses incurred over the last 3 years. I am at a point where I want to settle these loans but African Bank fails to provide a settlement discount stating that my loan status is not good. Although I explained to them that my late dad had pancreatic cancer and passed away, I had to pay lawyers to resolve estate etc as well hospital bills the bank refuses to understand. The bank talks about being audacious and for the people but in the end it's all a lie. I will never use this useless bank again and make sure I will inform everyone I know not to use them. I rather pay higher fees at 1 of the other big 5 banks.
