African bank pathetic service

This is absolutely the most horrible place to take out a loan. My application was approved Thursday (it's Sunday) today and the funds have not yet been transferred. We send the letter for employment on Friday Morning and still nothing. When you phone you get told there is to many people working on one application and no one knows what is going on. Absolutely pathetic service from them. I
