AFRICAN BANK PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC!!!!

1 star is too much for this company my mother got a credit card from African bank she had to open a savings account which was done on Friday last week they said the cards will be activated within 48 hours it's now 5 Days Later don't know how many visits to the branch and still no results. She is waiting for someone to phone her workplace to confirm employment still nothing has happened no calls can somebody please get back to me or my mum.
