I app**** for a Personal Loan on the 28/10/2020, loan was approved, too date the loan has not been paid out due to the ***********'s of the various departments that need to complete there part of the process in finalizing the application. I have had many painful and frustrating attempts to have this resolved to no success. My question is how does this business still survive with this kind of sick none service to its clients. I am dumb struck and have no words for this pathetic business. Please help.
