African Bank paid the immediate payment twice but debited once.

I've made an immediate payment to a Standard Bank account (also my account) on 25 February from your online banking services. African bank made 2 immediate payments to that account but only debited the My World Account once.

Since the amount reflected twice in the Standard Bank account, I've paid the second immediate payment back into the My World Account since that money belongs to African Bank and not to me. Kindly investigate, correct the error and debit the account again.
