African Bank offers no No SECURITY for clients !

African Bank Offers NO Security to clients ! On the 29/09/2020 a large amount disappeared from my personal bank account. I reported it to my branch that same morning. I don't have an overdraft facility on my personal account, this POS should not have been cleared, it was done from overseas and was not approved by me or requested by me. As a result of this, my bank account was put on hold by African Bank and appart from the large amount that dissapeared I can't even access my savings accounts. This is unacceptable, if you offer clients a specific service, you should aim to satisfy. This happened more than two weeks ago and this needs to be sorted out ASAP!
