African bank now i am very disappointed

African bank now i am very disappointed yesterday i gave 5 stars because i spoke o a friendly consultant that assured me that my loan will be paid out today. i still had to call again and i was told my application is still under assessment after i was told it was approved. this is my first experience with this kind of service with African bank because i am an existing client as well . please can some call me and lets settle my loan application
